Based the desing in the Ghost-type elite 4 Phoebe.

The backstory about that pokemon is that when gardevoir was brought to Alola, people had them perform typical dances in festivals and commemorations, and soon they acquired the Ghost typing to replace the Psychic. Now they float, making their dancing moves way more graceful.
